Operational intelligence for forest restoration.

Forest restoration and conservation projects are hard to plan, fund, execute, and sustain over the decades they require. Before we build anything, we're investigating where the real bottleneck sits: knowledge, measurement, financing, or operational orchestration.

Who we are

We're a team of technology professionals. Between us, we've built platforms for complex supply chain orchestration and industrial data collection through drones and satellite imagery. We're now turning that experience toward a problem we think matters: forest restoration.

Opportunities we're studying

We're reviewing the full lifecycle of forest conservation and restoration — the human and biological processes underneath it — to find where better collaboration and technology can actually remove bottlenecks. That means understanding a fragmented set of actors, each with different incentives, timelines, and information:

  • Landowners
  • Municipalities & public institutions
  • Forestry experts
  • Contractors
  • Funders
  • Researchers

An open knowledge base

We're documenting this research in the open: the problem definition, the ecosystem we're mapping, and how the findings evolve as we talk to people who run restoration projects. It will be published here as soon as it's ready.
